I was very impressed with how detail-oriented she was (which was one of the primary reasons we hired her). She did a market analysis and gave us an in-depth review of what she thought would be the best price for the home. And when it came time for offers on the house, she was right on target. So, not only did her detailed analysis and research come shining through but it was also very accurate and got us a higher price than I thought we would have been able to get. When buying and selling a house, there can be a number of hiccups and obstacles. Jodi was able to help not only us as the sellers, but also help the buyers and the buyer's agent throughout each of these hurdles. She was always professional and helped us overcome these hurdles in a manner that was fair and equitable. If we had not moved out of the area, we would choose her again for buying and selling any future properties. We loved how detail-oriented she was and how energetic and enthusiastic she was. Raquel was amazing! It was my first time buying a home. The house was being sold by Ogden City so, there was a ton of extra paperwork and hoops to jump through. She patiently answered all of my questions and walked me through the whole process. And when my bank came back saying there was no way they could close by the deadline that had been set, Raquel said- I know a lender who can. And she did! We closed in 12 days... one day ahead of schedule! Raquel is seriously the best and I'm recommending her to everyone I know!
