Knowledgeable and experienced go getter!

Theresa represented us with the sale of the family home and I wish I could give more than 5 stars! She is compassionate, knowledgeable, dependable, experienced, and extremely intelligent. She went above and beyond during a difficult time and worked hard to move things along, achieving the buyer's ambitious timetable, to complete the sale. We found Erin through Zillow and we are so glad that we did

We found Erin through Zillow and we are so glad that we did. We were looking to purchase our first home in an area we didn't know (moving due to work) and do that while living in a different state. Erin was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, fielding many questions and helping us troubleshoot different situations. She drove us around the area, created us a driving tour to do at our own leisure and sent us plenty of insiders tips on where's good to eat/shop etc. She was strategic in helping us put our offers together and we feel very lucky that we found our house within a few weeks. If/when we come to sell we will be reaching out to Erin again! Thanks so much!

Erin, Was great to work with in selling our house in Marion

Erin, Was great to work with in selling our house in Marion. She was always professional, informative, and very easy to communicate with through the whole process. With us relocating to Florida while we were selling our house in Massachusetts, Erin took care of everything for us. She made the whole process completely stress free. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better experience than working with Erin on the sale of our house.
