Craig is timely in communication, thorough and provides encouragement. He works hard to bring potential buyers to show the house.

Craig did an amazing job at helping us figure out what we needed to do to our house to get it ready to show. Our house needed a lot of work, because it was old and had been somewhat neglected. He helped us find vendors that could do the work quickly and at a reasonable price, which can be difficult to do (especially in a rural area.) His advice was good, too - we had four showings and three offers the first day we showed the house! Because we moved out of state, we needed to do the end of the process remotely; he made this really easy, both in terms of using online document signing services and always being available through email, phone calls, or text messages. He explained every step of the selling process and I never felt pressured to do things a particular way - he would help us see pros and cons of different options. I can't imagine a better selling experience.

Craig was recommended to us through Veteran's United Realty and we are extremely happy and impressed. He stuck by us with my crazy schedule at work to help with getting us in for home viewings and even met us at 8pm one night to sign papers. He really does his best to meet his clients needs.

We worked with Linda in purchasing our new home. We found her to be professional, timely and honest. She went above and beyond to get us the home we wanted. If you're looking for a great agent, I would suggest Linda Painter-Stemen.

We recently relocated to the Lima area and we are absolutely convinced that Craig Kohli was the reason we were able to quickly find and purchase a wonderful home for our family. Our requirements seemed endless and his ability to find us those properties made our search effortless and produced the most perfect outcome. He is caring, kind, professional and most importantly, a man of his word. We could not be more pleased with EVERYTHING he did for us. Simply put...HE IS THE BEST!
