Throughout a long, complicated and arduous selling process, Ms. Cindy demonstrated exceptional professionalism from start to finish. The process was riddled with many unexpected hurdles to overcome as well as numerous mountains to climb. However, to Ms. Cindy, that was simply par for the course. She approached each as an opportunity to excel in her knowledge of an everchanging market while using layman's terminology to educate her clients. Although severely tested, her patience level remained stellar throughout the entire process. She answered a barrage of repeated questions as if hearing them for the first time and she discussed the issues in depth making sure the clients had a clear understanding regarding the issues of concern. Ms. Cindy moved through this process with exceptional grace and strength towards resolution all while making you feel like family, not merely focusing on the bottom line. The depth of her knowledge of the real estate market and its many intricacies is impressive, bar none!! It has been fifteen years since I was involved in a real estate transaction.
