We put our condo - in a 55+ community- up for sale just before the Holidays. Ginger wrote up a lovely description and had many pics on the various realty sites. She stayed in continued contact and made many good suggestions as far as staging and furniture placement, etc. With the elections and being in an area particularly subject to political environment ups & downs, we got the condo sold pretty quickly despite the overall politically-caused pause in number of active buyers and the Holidays. We'd hire her again in a second~

Mrs. Burns-Bigdeli has been a pleasure to work with. She has been our realtor for 2 property and we wouldn't used anyone else for the next. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond of what's expected from a realtor. She is also very friendly and always available for last minute questions. Thank you!!

Our home sale went very smoothly because Martine is so detail oriented. She stayed on top of everything. She was determined to sell our house quickly and she did even though the market was not great. We recommend her.

Martine is sharp, friendly and easy to work with. Always on the ball, keeping up with market trends, she was able to help us set a reasonable price to sell our house. Which she did in a very timely basis. This house was a rental. Martine went above and beyond dealing with my tenant, making sure the house was in good condition when they moved out. She helped us tremendously as we live in Atlanta and our house was in Maryland. She was able to arrange for folks to do touch up on the house with little effort on our part. She stayed on top of last minute issues that came up in dealing with the HOA. She kept us informed at every step of the way. I would totally recommend Martine again.

Martine helped us find a rental a few years ago, and she was our first pick when we were looking to purchase a home this year. There is no way we would been able to negotiate this market without Martine. She helped us craft a competitive offer and we felt comfortable with her detailed explanations of the risks and benefits of each aspect of our offer. Even though we were located out in west Texas, Martine was able to give us virtual tours and meet with us via video chat multiple times. She helped us negotiate closing and was a great advocate on our behalf, quickly working through all the details with the sellers and lender and keeping us very well informed throughout the entire process. Martine was very communicative and responsive to all of our questions and concerns, we would never hesitate to call on her again if we were to purchase another home.

"Martine Micozzi was the broker for my daughter, and I was very impressed by her handling of their house sale and subsequent house purchase. For our own condo sale, Martine presented all the data we needed to set an asking price, and added her opinion when asked. Her suggestions on how to prepare our condo for sale were appropriate and very useful. All details related to the advertisement of the property and the open house were handled expertly. Martine handled all aspects of the sale from presenting us with the offer though the settlement efficiently. Martine is very personable, she listened to our needs and concerns, and was very knowledgeable of the market in our area of Arlington. It was a pleasure working with her. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking for a real estate agent."
