This required a significant time investment in finding properties that fit our budget and space requirements, with constantly fluctuating prices, as well as showing these properties to us. In the end we came away with a home that fit all of our needs. Most recently, Cindy helped us rent out one of our properties. She suggesting some common things to do to improve the property as well as a market-compatible monthly rent. Then she was able to list the property and quickly find us highly qualified renters. Overall we are highly please with Cindy's performance on all of our transactions would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an agent. Dawn Chaikin should be given the "Mid-Atlantic Best Realtor" award. As a realtor one expects to be shown a property, perhaps introduced to a finance company and or different trade experts to address property deficiencies, may make a few suggestions on what to look at and where to buy or sell but Dawn takes a realtor's skill set way beyond that and with every suggestion helps you to obtain a property at a lower price, or sell at a higher price with clear guidance and out standing resources. this is the third property that I have worked with Dawn on and in as many years. Just when I think we have maximized expectations on the purchase or sale she does it again and better. In terms of follow up Dawn make sure that every question is answered and she checks her sources and double checks + verifies the same to make sure that all issues of the purchase sale or trade are done correctly and to the customers needs. This last transaction had several moving goals that she keep track of and adjusted as needed on the fly, without complaining or making me feel as if I were asking too much, and this was all done during our holidays. I am sure that you can look far and wide but never find the quality of service that exists in this one person.
