Charlene was very active in all promotions, open houses, meeting with inspectors, workers, etc. I could count on her to be present or to schedule anything needed for the sale of the home. (Offers were due the day we saw the house, and there was little time to hunt for our own agent.) Helaine and Paula listed our house in Virginia Run. Of course, since my neighbor who sold in mid-summer had gotten a higher price for her house, I suggested the same price. They disagreed and thought it should be lower, but listed it at my asking price. They also wanted to stage the house, which became a serious decluttering process that Paula managed with her assistant. I didn't like that either. After visitors complained that they smelled pipe smoke in the house, I had to ditch that too. Geesh, I figured that I may as well move out lol...bottom line is that they sold the house within a few weeks, a little lower than the price they initially suggested. These folks know Virginia Run and the surrounding area extremely well. Just use them because they're darned good.
