Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate (Edmonds, 98020)

Rock Solid. Claudia made an excellent first impression and delivered on every point. My property was a unique hobby farm. She did her research and skillfully guided the whole process to a successful and swift finish. These transactions can get gnarly. Claudia delivers with sound advice and no-nonsense representation. This a person that you can trust. A+, 5-star, however you want to see it expressed, Claudia Kuniholm should be your first choice.

Pam Vanek is an amazing realtor. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. I felt as though I had my best friend helping me with the purchase and the sale of a property.

She helped me and my husband find a home more than she probably had to. She'd Make time to meet my husband and then myself at the same home because of our work schedules we couldn't go at the same time. She'd tell me her honest opinion on each home (I asked for it!) and that was so helpful! Shed be available any time day/night. She treated us more than just money but humans. We purchased our home 8 months ago and we hear from her often! She'll come to our kids' birthday parties too! (Our kids love her!) She is the best and I'll always recommend her to anyone purchasing or selling a home.

Pam is an extraordinary realtor. Her expertise in guiding us to prepare my parent's home for sale and with her awesome networking skills, we had our buyer the first day listed. And this was a 1960's house that had not been updated (but was in great shape). Pam is savvy, has a unique combination of experience and knowledge, intelligence and common sense, personability and heart. She is hard-working, honest, kind, available and very supportive (not unlike a fairy godmother). She really and truly goes above and beyond what is expected. I couldn’t think of a better person to have helped my family through the difficult task of selling the family home of 52 years. You will not be disappointed if you choose Pam!

Pam is amazing!! I purchased a home from out of state. Pam made the whole process enjoyable. She was able to meet at times convenient for me and was always available to chat on the phone. Pam's service level is top notch. She went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed. She was even able to locate temporary housing for me until my home closed. Pam is friendly and welcoming and a true professional. Highly recommend!!
