An absolute professional who always makes us feel like his #1 priority. Jesse has helped us with 3 purchases and 3 sales in the past 12 years and each time has been a great experience. Jesse is a phenomenal realtor!!! My wife and I looked at houses over the course of two years on and off. I wasn't so sure I wanted to move, and my wife really wanted to move. In addition to being really smart, Jesse is kind and immensely patient. I am slow to make big decisions, and I NEVER felt rushed or pressured to get a house. Jesse was a guide in our house buying process in the way that he offered information, knowledge, and insight into the market. He would offer the information then let us make the best decision possible for our situation. Not only did he help buy our dream house, he also helped us sell our house. When we were making our offer to buy our house, Jesse laid out all of the information, and we ended up getting our house for under their asking price. Further, when we sold OUR house, we got above our asking price so it really was a wonderful experience working with him! In addition to being a professional and awesome realtor, Jesse is just an OUTSTANDING person. I met him in 2014 when my house in Richfield didn't sell (using a different realty group), and I made sure to keep his contact information until we were ready to sell years later. Both my girlfriend and I selected Jesse as our realtor through word of mouth as my brother and sister-in-law had a great experience purchasing prior. Despite the busy purchase season, Jesse was VERY accommodating and responsive to our requests for seeing homes in a very competitive market. We loved that he had an agenda set for the home buying process and what sort of action items we needed to take care of at certain times to get to the finish line. We both like being organized and planning ahead so this was awesome. Also, being first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and he was quick to respond and make us feel relaxed during stressful times. Jesse is exactly what you need in a realtor. From the beginning of the process Jesse "earns" your business. Jesse came with a well outlined strategy of working through the process and followed through with that strategy from beginning to end. Jesse was always available to answer questions, whether it be a late Friday night or an early Sunday morning. Jesse took the time with each showing to listen and determine what our likes and dislikes were with each property and then he made a point of tailoring future properties to the feedback. However, Jesse was not just a realtor through the process, he wore many hats. He was part counselor, business advisor, fellow homeowner, and partner along the way. This was my first home buying experience and Jesse made it easy and could not be happier with my purchase. I do not hesitate to recommend Jesse to anyone who will listen.
