We needed a place in Baltimore very quickly due to a new job and were at a loss for how to make this happen. Luckily, we found Steph Geddings! Steph dropped everything and spent a weekend showing us properties all over the city and feeling out what we needed, where we wanted to be, and what we could afford. Thanks to Steph's real estate expertise and intimate knowledge of the Baltimore area we found our Baltimore home in 2 days! She went out of her way to make the process easy and accommodating, fast-tracked everything on our behalf, and connected us with great local inspectors and contractors. She's professional and honest, not to mention a lot of fun. 5 out of 5; would definitely recommend!

This is the second home Ibby has helped us sell. The first was was 7 years ago and we were pleased with her services then as well. She also assisted us in buying the home we just sold back then and we were always amazed at her knowledge, experience and skills as a realtor. As we got to know her we became friends. Her character is impeccable and her business ethic is clear. So happy we found you, Ibby. Then and now.
