Mary Buetti was the real estate agent that sold our home at 1462 Burr Oak Rd, Toms River. She was exceptionally diligent, caring, professional always providing all of our needs. She really knows her stuff. We couldn’t have gotten anyone better than Mary, she was amazing in everything she did for us. She also found us a really nice home for us to transition to. She was on top of everything for both homes. We’re so grateful and thankful for her and would recommend her to anyone I know that would be selling their home. Thank you, Mary, for all that you have done. We love you.

Guaranteed you don’t need to Realtor shop. Run, don’t walk, directly into her orbit. Mary does what she says, and when she says it’s going to be done, it’s guaranteed. Stellar communication and always available for questions and whatever else you need. She’s got an arsenal of support professionals she can refer, all of whom are equally responsive. SHE is the person you need.

First time home buying was a breeze with Mary! Three days! With Mary's expertise, knowledge and drive, it only took 3 days to find my dream home, write up an offer and get offer accepted!! Mary orchestrated the process with professionalism and incredible knowledge to help get me to the finish line. She worked with the sellers realtor to insure all of my concerns, needs and requests were met. She was available for any questions and concerns I had, always taking my calls and ready to assist. Every question was addressed. Communication was outstanding! Mary worked incredibly hard to make my first time buying experience seamless. And she succeeded! Mary showed up at inspection, and she took great interest in assisting me through every step of the closing process.. Mary was a support at every turn. Mary is honest, and a woman of integrity, always looking out for her clients best interest. I couldnt have achieved this major undertaking without Mary's dedication to great service for her clients!! She is the best!! I would highly recommend Mary if you need a realtor! You will be glad you did!

Mary Bueti has done an excellent job with the selling of my home. Not only did she sell it very quickly but got above my asking price to boot! Mary was with me and my mom from beginning to the very end. Always going above and beyond for her clients. Mary is warm and friendly and down to earth it was like doing business with family! Thank you so much Mary for all your work! Mary did such a fantastic job that my neighbor who was selling his home hired Mary to be his realtor as well. I would hands down recommend Mary Bueti to sell your home or if you’re looking to buy Mary has your back as well!

My partner and I had been looking for a long time and we were looking for a forever home as first time homebuyers. Mary understood and took the time to be thorough in every conversation from the very start. Mary provided us with an environment to explore many options, providing us with all the necessary information and then more. She was able to share her personal experience, but still provided us with space to make our own decision. Mary has lots of market knowledge, emphasizing her ability to get offers accepted, which came true for us. Mary went above and beyond, getting back to us at a dime's notice, despite her other clients and her own life. Mary is an extremely personable agent who genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients. I would recommend Mary to anyone looking for a home.

Mary went above and beyond as a person and sales agent. Mary along with her husband Frank worked tirelessly to accomplish the sale of my home. Out of every realestate sales person I ever had over my may realestate deals. Mary is the STAR 🌟
