Ellen is very patient. She brought us to quite a bit of houses before we finally purhcased the one. She devoted a lot of time especially weekend to us. She gave us suggestions on the houses and schools since we don't have much knowledge and experience on those. In addition to that, she also help us with solar systems, home inspections and others house-related things. She was very responsible , when she was out of town, she assigned one of her colleagues to help us. Even she was on vacation, she communicated with through phone.
