The first thing I liked about Terri is her personality. We had a very good conversation the first day we really got to know each other. During this conversation she listed to my wants and what I was in seek of in my first home. Terri promised to guide me through this process and to always being honest with me. Trust me there were several houses I thought that were the ones. But Terri was there to let me know this was not the house. When we finally found the house we were both ecstatic it happened sooner than she expected. Terri was great and I would recommend her to anyone. She is patient, trust worthy, and honest. She is very informative and willing to do any and everything to help you these are the traits you are looking in a realtor.

Terri was always very accommodating in the search process. She helped navigate through everything that was needed even in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. She was always very patient through my difficult search process and often made suggestions on properties I might be interested in or issues to be aware of. Terri was an amazing realtor for us, walking with us through every step from listing to closing. She helped guide us through the best way to list & market the house, she gave us great advice while the house was being shown, and she came over to guide us through the offers we had received and how to understand & decide between them. She checked in frequently after the purchase & sale, and even reminded us of making sure we had the smoke certification. And she was always quick to respond to our questions, as well as a reassuring sounding board when we got anxious about some part of the process. The quarantine situation added more complexity to our move, but Terri was always flexible and upbeat as we had to make adjustments. Her years of experience in the market allowed her to give calming & confident guidance as we navigated all the twists & turns of this "new normal" All in all, she worked very hard on our behalf, and we would highly recommend her services to anyone Scott & Claire Brill

Terri provided phenomenal guidance to me (a first time home buyer) from beginning to end as my real estate agent in Worcester. Her communication skills are impeccable, and she was always agreeable when it came to scheduling meetings around my work schedule. She is not only very knowledgable about real estate but made excellent recommendations for handymen, fencing companies, radon remediation, and asbestos removal. I feel lucky to have worked with her.
