•Upon meeting Dani at an open house she was hosting my husband and I knew we had met the right realtor for us. From her knowledge and demeanor to her marketing materials - we were impressed. She and her husband Rob were fantastic to work with from the start. They explained the market situation and how they had evaluated our home in detail. Our home was under contract just 4 days after listing. We got a nearly a full asking and were at the top of the comps. Once the offer was accepted Dani guided us through every step of the process. They put us in touch with a variety of vendors to help us with our transition - from repairmen to movers. When it came time for our new home search they were just as amazing. They kept us informed of homes that met our criteria and got us in to see them at a moments notice. Dani helped keep our toddler occupied while we toured houses, and she always helped my husband and I keep things in perspective. After touring nearly every home on the market for two months she negotiated an amazing house, on a great street, in the neighborhood we wanted before it was even listed on the market. We could not have done it without her. I truly can't say enough great things about the Mattisinkos.
