Scott and his team did a great job of selling a property that I owned. I worked directly with Scott and Kristen Cartwright. Scott knows the local market well and his listing price recommendation was exactly where it needed to be. I was very happy with the marketing package and it did a nice job of presenting the property to buyers and generating interest and walk thru's. I was informed of potential buyer questions, comments, and feedback after walk thru's. I accepted an offer with an aggressive closing date. Kristen scheduled and monitored activities that needed to happen in order to close on time and kept them moving forward smoothly. She responded quickly with effective solutions to resolve all challenges in time to close as scheduled. The overall process was clear, organized, and efficient, making closing day very easy.
