Paul was terrific! He went above and beyond in bringing about the closing. There was an open permit on the property from 2006 which delayed the closing for over one month but Paul coordinated with the city, the contractor and the title company to get the permit closed out and the property sold. He was professional, compassionate, understanding, personable, communicative, and thorough throughout the whole transaction, from beginning to end. I highly recommend Paul to anyone needing the service of a realtor.
