•Tracy is very knowledgeable on current and relvevant data, information on the most recent trends and transactions related to the local housing dynamics and with specific comparables. Tracy did not ovepromise to us the sales price lisitng that we should use. And she was honest on the pro's and con's facing us given the market conditions. Her communication style is very direct without "fluff", a straight shooter and not over selling with compliments. Just calling it as it is. I challenged her on a few recommendations she made but quickly realized that she was making the right recommendations. As to her professionalism, she combines a rare apporach; sound intelligence, practical decisions and actions and always driven with the end goal of a good sales transaction. At one point, during a receding in market visits to our property, she recommended that we stay the course and not consider lowering the price (something I was contemplating). She turned out to be right! I should point out that her colleague, Mykah, was superb; they workd very effectively as a team. Tracy's office support at North Berkley Hills Realtor were, also, excellent. And her contractors, stager were outstanding; high quality and reasonable cost. Not a combination often found in the real world. And one more thing as an example of Tracy's tenacity and getting things done the right way. We ran into a blip on the first attempt in staging (it simply was lacking in terms of accentuating the character and charm of the house), and Tracy put in a lot of work to completely bring it up to the highest presentable quality. She has a great work ethic. Finally, not only is Tracy very, very good at the business side of real estate but she has a real gift in aesthetics. She captures the feel, imagination of the home and presents the beauty so well to viewers. Trust is something that is a result of Tracy's professionalism and interaction with clients.
