•Tom and his brother helped to change my "as is" sale into a house for sale. They helped clean out the house and the garage including disposing of old cans of paint and other materials that could not be thrown away in the regular trash. I live out of the county, and the brothers were there to help meet with plumbers, inspectors, and trash haulers so that I did not have to make extra trips to southern California. That was a big help considering I am a senior citizen and am no longer able to drive. This also helped my children, because they did not have to take time out of their busy schedules to help me. Letting go of my childhood home was hard; but Tom made it easy and he was very empathetic towards my situation. I am glad that I had Tom and his brother to sell my house and I I will recommend them to my friends.
