Matt Berg is an Amazing local Agent!!
Matt made buying an out of state home easy! We flew in for a week to look at homes in Parrish/ Bradenton area armed with a list of 30 homes we compiled from online listings. We spent our first day by ourselves knocking off a few that didn’t fit what we wanted then Matt spent the next 5 days showing us every property on our list plus some he thought matched our needs. I wanted a realtor who lived in the area and knew surrounding areas, Matt was great and weeks later he still replies to texts about questions we have about what internet they use and even went to the inspection since we couldn’t be there. So many great things to say about Matt, he’s amazing!!
