•We are experienced buyers and sellers of real estate and Mike is at the top of our list of real estate agents. His knowledge of the local environment was right on target. In establishing the listing price he listened to our input and came to a price and plan with which we were very comfortable. He communicated his marketing strategy and timing to us and committed the time and energy to make it happen. He kept us informed of all the activities that effected us and what they implied. The result was that we had multiple offers above our asking price at terms very acceptable and we were able to close in a timely manner. Since we did not live locally and we had to get back to our permanent residence he took care of completing some of the final items necessary for our final departure. Mike is very professional, easy to work with, and attentive to the sale and customer inputs.
