We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Carolyn Fleary is patient, understanding, and friendly. She took her time to work with us. She explained everything, so we never entered a new step without knowledge of what to expect. As her client, she will make sure that you are protected in all aspects of the home buying process. She helped my family find and close on our first home. Although the process was intimidating in nature, she honestly held out hand throughout the entire process by sending us tutorial videos on how to understand large documents and contacting others to find out additional information about homes. Carolyn would even hold our baby as we toured homes! She is God-sent! Simply writing a review doesn’t explain or illustrate how passionate, through, easygoing, hands-on, and involved she truly is! We received an unexpected, and lucrative, offer on our residence that required us to locate new housing immediately in a very “hot” market. Donna was responsive and attentive to us as our clients. She listened to our needs/concerns and offered good professional advice. Donna listed our condo on a Friday evening and we received an offer on it in less than 48 hours after it was listed. While on vacation Donna also sent us paper work for our closing even though she was away. She was always prompt in responding to our messages or processing our paper work right away after we sent it back to her. Overall, we had a positive experience.

Tammy was excellent at keeping us informed throughout the process. She responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, usually within hours and sometimes minutes of contact. We had little opportunity to observe her negotiation skills or process expertise since these skills weren't needed as much in our transaction. The only advice I would offer anyone looking to buy or sell a home is to find yourself a very good agent like Tammy and be engaged in the process as you are your own best advocate.
