I honestly don't know where to begin because Ms. K. Cook has helped me with rental properties, to buying a home and to selling a home. She helps you step by step, always on time, gives you all options available to you and gives it to you straight. I love her honesty and how dedicated she was to finding the perfect home for my family and I when we purchased and was stellar at finding buyers so quickly when it was time to sell. I did not feel overwhelmed not one time because she handled everything and worked with my schedule throughout the entire process. I'm not one to trust easily so for me to find an agent so knowledgeable about this field was amazing and the best experience. I would rate her 10 stars if I had the option to do so. Donna was responsive and attentive to us as our clients. She listened to our needs/concerns and offered good professional advice. While on vacation Donna also sent us paper work for our closing even though she was away. Tammy was excellent at keeping us informed throughout the process. She responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, usually within hours and sometimes minutes of contact. We had little opportunity to observe her negotiation skills or process expertise since these skills weren't needed as much in our transaction.
