•Selling a home is stressful under the best of circumstances, so the fact that Christopher usually gets back to you within minutes of leaving a message is a huge plus. I asked an awful lot of questions and was never made to feel as if I was a nuisance, and no question was considered too silly. His knowledge of the market - and all the associated services that may be needed during the process - is clearly expansive and proved enormously helpful. I don't like the way this site asks you about your price expectations. I was selling under unique legal time constraints that worked against me, and let's face it, who can say if my expectations were realistic to start with. What I can say is that Christopher worked diligently to understand those (fairly complex) constraints and towards a positive and timely resolution that avoided potentially significant negative financial impacts. Christopher does not work entirely alone, and his associates bring additional skills, experience and contacts. Selling my home required significant preparation, with very limited immediately available resources. Christopher and his associates were able to introduce multiple people/companies who were prepared - due entirely to their relationship with him and his colleagues - to work flexibly to achieve the objectives required within very tight time-frames. The more expensive and potentially complex your sale is, the more I would recommend giving Christopher a call. Whatever your circumstances, I am sure things will go a lot smoother and with a lot less stress if you get him involved. The market and potential buyers you can't control so I can't guarantee NO stress but do yourself a favor and minimize the risk. Give him a call!
