•I'm a real person. Often I worry these reviews are fake. I'm a therapist and so have a nose for genuine, real people or phonies. Alan never wavered from being a straight up guy, supportive, and available at the drop of a hat. Never went MIA, and never tried to upsell us. Went way above and beyond the call of duty. He predicted the selling price of every house we looked at, and he held our hand through a scary mortgage and refinance of the existing house into a rental. After all was said and done, he didn't disappear, he even walked me through how to become a landlord for the first time and checked in with me every day! I was shocked that he made himself still available after his job as an agent was done. I consider him a good friend and we are still in touch regularly and have tea together just to chat and catch up. I have bought and sold a few houses in my life time, and have never been as impressed and trusting of any agent as a I am with him. Truly grateful. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have met him.
