•Ken exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend him to others. We used Ken to both sell our existing home and buy another. He listed our home and we had an accepted offer within 3 days. The price we sold for was substantially more than we listed for, which was partially the market but also due to his diligence in presenting the home and marketing the home. We had a hiccup a couple weeks before closing and Ken worked until midnight to make sure we were still on track to close. We closed on time and did a simultaneous close on both properties. Ken kept everything coordinated and stayed in communication with all parties. We could not of had a better experience with another realtor. He was responsive to all our questions and communicated with us nearly daily to make sure we were in the loop on each step of the process. We will use Ken in the future if we decide to buy or sell, and will recommend him to others.
