•Sharon has a good personality and knows her job well. But when my home was on the market for one week she wanted to lower the price and I said to keep it at that price for a few more weeks and within 4 days I had a potential buyer. Then I was told that the house was inspected with a list of $2,000 of needed repairs so I dropped the price $1,000 I found out it was the potential buyers that notified her. Well after all that the house was inspected properly to find one thing that needed repair and was using a different county's code. All in all I lost ALMOST $2,000 because of lack of / wrong information.
