•We unexpectedly found ourselves in the market for a home in the Fairhope area for the second time in four years. After benefiting from Daphne’s stellar skills in selling a prior home in Fairhope in 2024 (which she and Jeff helped us purchase originally), we did not hesitate to reach out to her and Jeff again this time. They both worked tirelessly, mostly from long distance (we had moved to Maryland in ‘24 to help one of our adult children), to help us find the right fit again this time around. Even though they were on “vacation” during much of the process, Daphne and Jeff did not miss a beat. We were able to find our new place and close all within a four week period. Cathy and I would recommend Daphne to anyone looking to Buy or Sell. She and Jeff truly “go the extra mile” and settle for nothing less than excellence in representing their clients. Thanks once again D and J!!
