Jessica made our first time buying a home smooth and enjoyable!

Jessica is absolutely amazing I will be referring her to all my friends and family who are looking to buy or sell a home. This was our first time buying a house and Jessica made everything go smoothly. She actually cares about her clients and wants what’s best for them. She is knowledgeable when it comes to things like structural damage or water damage which is huge when buying a house because it saved us from big expenses down the road. She has great communication she always answered the phone when I called and every time we wanted to go see a house she made the time to take us even if it was last minute. She was able to get us $15,000 below asking price with her negotiating skills which was amazing. After we did an inspection she was able to negotiate with the seller to get some things fixed before moving forward which also saved us some money. Even after you close the deal she’s still there for you if you have any questions or need recommendations for anything. I couldn’t be happier that I chose Jessica as my realtor!!!
