•I was in a unique position where I did not necessarily need a realtor for this home purchase and I was inclined to forge ahead alone due to my previous experiences with realtors. However, I decided to see what Kathi would offer as she was highly rated. I can honestly say that I had no idea how useful having a good realtor could be. She handled EVERYTHING. That is saying a lot as this home purchase was quite difficult due to the multiple structures, the repairs, the multiple wells, and so on. She was ahead of it all and always had answers when I needed them. I can say that as long as she is in the field she will be my ONLY realtor.
