West was the best at helping me find my new home. We discussed what I was looking for and what is important to me before he ever sent me any listings. Once we started looking at homes, everything we looked at was in line with what I wanted. He wasn’t showing me homes that were outside my parameters. He always took the time for showings and fit them in according to my schedule. He was very patient with my decision-making process. I have sold 3 houses with 3 different realtors. I was not happy with any of them. That was UNTIL I met my 4th realtor, Tracy Snow! She is the sweetest and most attentive realtor I have ever had. She asked me what did I want in a home and the where did I want to live. She went on the hunt for me until I found some I liked. She had 5 scheduled showings for me, but she saved the best for last. It was THE one! It was EVERYTHING I needed in a home. The condo is in a 55 and up small community in Deland. The people there are so friendly and helpful. Even the owner dropped by to explain things about the house. My immediate neighbor always asks if he can help with anything! He even greeted me with a slice of pie and some ice cream! Tracy knows what she is doing and what to look for, good and bad in a home. She will never steer you wrong and is always looking in your best interest.
