He Helped us Find our Home over FaceTime!

We were relocating from out of state with very little knowledge of the area, so it was important to us that our realtor be willing to spend time helping us understand the locations that would be a good fit for us. In addition, we were moving during the pandemic AND when real estate inventory was at an all time low, so we also knew we wanted someone who was responsive, no only to us, but to the seller in order for us to be able to close a deal. Danny cleared his schedule when we came in to town for a weekend to house hunt. Within the first few minutes of meeting Danny in person, we knew we had a good match for our realtor! We had two, 12+ hour days looking at houses. We would go back to our hotel exhausted and Danny would go home and go to work for us! I'm not sure the man sleeps! Like many buyers in the current market, we made offers on two houses that we didn't get. But Danny was not deterred! Before we even landed he had sent us another list of houses to review. Finally, Danny found a house that he said would be the perfect fit for us. Once again, he rearranged his schedule to accommodate ours in order to do a video tour with us. Danny, gave us a tour over video. He took his time and pointed out things to us that he remembered from our previous tours were important to us. Holy smokes! Danny nailed it! We bought the house having never been in it, but we knew Danny knew us and our needs well enough to be confident in our decision. Here's the coolest part....when we arrived to look at the house for the first time, Danny treated the tour as if it were the first time we'd ever seen the house. He ran inside and turned on the lights, walked us through each room and pointed out different features and was just as excited as we were to be in the house! We knew from the start that our house hunting journey was not going to be easy in the current market and in the midst of the pandemic, but without a doubt Danny made it easier, provided valuable insight in
