•We chose Cynthia to be our buying agent. She was recommended to us by someone else my wife and I trusted. Cynthia truly is an outstanding buying agent. She is not pushy to get a sale. She invested her time with us over the many weeks as my wife and I where being shown homes. My wish list was in reality not going to match what my wife and I could afford ... i.e. newer built homes. Cynthia worked with us by e-mails, talking, house showing, and providing my wife many For Sale listings via e-mail for my wife and I to review; and then ask to see the houses we chose. She also suggested many houses for us to see. In the end we got our affordable dream house, minus a few items on our wish list. Cynthia did not push us to make offers, but instead worked with us to understand about each house we looked at. She did her job as a buying agent. She was our knowlegable eyes and a kind of house inspector for us as we viewed the homes. Cynthia cared for us.
Sh was a great help in selling our house in less than 3 months on the market in the winter. Cynthia gave us suggestions without being insulting. She was very approachable and relatable which helped us feel confident with her.
