•Jahaira Pelaez provided me with an outstanding service from the first day I call her until the day of my house closing. The only thing I had to do was to provide the documents required by my bank and she took care of everything else, every time I had a question or a concern she was there to answer/clarify it. And not only that, she also helped me find a great place to move out quickly when my house was sold and she even went the extra mile and was present during the walk-in of my new place, identifying things that needed to be fixed of that were damaged so that they were included in the document used to record what was found during the walk-in process and to get them fixed. She spent some Sundays with me showing me places until I found exactly what I was looking for. I will totally recommend her because of her excellent attitude, work ethic, and willingness to help.
