•The quality of work Lourdes does is beyond description; my feedback is nowhere near as impressive as what she does for clients. I first used her services about ten years ago when I bought my very first house. I had no clue about the real estate world and she fought for my rights as a buyer. It has always been an arduous process for me to find a realtor that I feel comfortable dealing with, she is reliable, trustworthy, and efficient, she will make sure you fully understand the process and make sure you get the best deal she can offer. Other realtors I have dealt with have always disappointed me. My mission a year ago was to purchase my first multi-family property, so I knew I needed a realtor that I could trust. I contacted Lourdes, and she immediately agreed to guide me through the process. Dealing with banks, selling agents, tenants, open houses, making offers, etc., was a challenge, but Lourdes handled it seamlessly. In working with her, I felt that she sincerely cared about finding me what I wanted and what I could afford. She is the only realtor I will work with, whether buying or selling a home, and she is the only realtor I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a home, whether a first-time buyer, a second-home buyer, or a seasoned investor; her service will certainly surpass expectations.
