To the Nine’s

Jason made every effort to make this purchase as seamless and comfortable as possible. Texts, emails and phone calls were exchanged on a regular basis. Jason was always quick to respond with an answer or advice. We are from out of state. Real estate transactions are very different from state to state and he guided us every step of the way. We didn’t have a RE agent when we sold our house in NY and when problems arose Jason brainstormed with us helping us come up with possible resolutions reminding us many times that we needed to follow up with our attorney to be sure since his license doesn’t allow him to do business in NYS. Since we were in NY for the actual closing Jason did the final walk through for us making sure everything in the house was in order before we signed documents. After closing and before we headed to SC , we asked Jason for information regarding local contractors in order to get estimates for some work we wanted done before we moved in. Jason not only provided us with the information but took his time to meet contractors at our house. He explained to them what we wanted done and made sure we got the information we needed. He even made arrangements when the contractor was ready to start! Jason is a very likable guy! Easy to talk to even sharing stories about his family! However, the most important thing we can say about Jason is we would not hesitate to call him if we have the occasion to sell or purchase another property! Jason served us and met our needs “to the 9’s!”
