•I was lucky enough to stumble upon Katie while I was looking for a beachfront property in North Myrtle Beach and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. What differentiates Katie from others? - She has an incredible knowledge of the North Myrtle, Myrtle, Surfside and Murrells area. She has her finger on the pulse of the market and I leaned on that knowledge numerous times. - She understands the unique needs and economics of the short term rental investor. - She knows someone for virtually every scenario and need that could arise. She referred to lenders, handyman, inspectors, property managers and anyone else I could have needed during the process. Her digital rolodex was unrivaled. - She is just a delight to work with. She was incredibly responsive and I think I was pretty high maintenance and she was very patient and helpful throughout. This is the easiest decision you'll make when making the largest investment of your life. I can't recommend Katie more, she is the best.
