•I don't even know where to begin to divulge all the accolades we have in regards to Lisa and her amazing work ethic! She truly went above and beyond for us. We were first time homebuyers (so clearly not 'in the know' with any part of the lengthy and intricate process). She held our hands through it all and patiently made sure we understood every part of the process. She relentlessly took us through open houses and private showings in one of the most difficult times ever as far as inventory available, yet she always managed to find possibilities that suited our wants and needs. (This was post quarantine through the CoVid era where prices were astronomical and inventory little....a truly unprecedented moment in real estate history). She went to bat for us on numerous occasions whilst offering and counter offering in a crazy market. She knows the nuances of 'timing' and has the ability to read the push and pull dynamics of what to say and when to say it. Lisa kept us in the loop at all times and never left us bewildered at what was happening and when we finally ended up in Escrow (with a few hitches that popped up) she dynamically ran interference and made sure all the cogs in the wheel worked in unison. We can't say enough about her incredible professional countenance and her ability to keep the ball in the air so that it lands only when it works the best for her clients. She truly has your back every step of the way and brings with it her sweet personality and kind humanity. There is no one better for your house purchasing and/or selling needs than Lisa. She is one of a kind and truly wonderful at what she does!
