Judy is amazing! On very short notice she provided us with multiple listings as we were only in Florida for a very short time. She guided us through the entire purchasing process from the initial offer to the closing. She went above and beyond by providing us with everything from a list of referrals for hazard insurance, home inspectors and even contact information for the utilities. Because we live in Michigan, these were all vital in making sure we had all the tools to complete our purchase. Judy is professional and an expert at her craft. Selling my condo in Florida while in Canada was stressful for me. This all changed when Gail took on the job. At the age of 86 years I had my son and daughter involved my requirements for the sale.
