Over the years, Josh Amolsch has proven to be relentlessly effective in delivering success and satisfaction to his customers. As a resident of Naples, Josh brings energy, charm and wisdom to the Premiere Plus Realty brand. Josh is a long time musician who has released a few recordings over the last 20 years. He loves hiking in national parks and traveling with his wife, Viktoriya. The bedrock of Josh's character has always been his passion for service and results. With this, Josh has not only found success, but a permanent seat as a student in the practice of real estate. Consulting real estate consumers and guiding principles through life changing events has been the highlight of Josh's adult life. Every step of the way Josh was there to provide knowledgeable insight, explaining all options and outcomes, and really had my back through the home buying process. Being a first time home buyer my wife and I...

Being a first time home buyer my wife and I were novices and didn't know where and how to start looking for our dream house. Josh came along and was wonderful from day one. Josh sat down with us and explained all the documentation. He was professional, knowledgeable and available any time of the day. Josh gave us his opinion on house's he felt were right for us and one's that were not. My wife and I felt very comfortable working with Josh. Most importantly our relationship was more of friendship then a business contract.
