She knows what she’s doing

I came to Donna with what I wanted. we talked through other options. when i found what i liked, she put in an offer a good bit under asking (and it had already been reduced twice). she included so much information on comps and why they should accept the offer, and they did! she was also helping in getting names for services I needed (inspection, lock change).
