•Janet was everything we wanted in helping us sell our house. She helped us sort out what work needed to be done prior to putting the house on the market, identified people/companies to do the work for a reasonable price, and helped us by moving some of our things into storage. She did all this while one of us was living in California and the other in England. As a result of all her work, the house sold immediately and the whole process wrapped up quickly. thank you so much, Janet!
She did a superb job in selling our house. Neither of us were in Santa Fe and she had to supervise a lot of work fixing the place up, which she did well and with a minimum of intervention on our part. The house sold within a matter of days at an excellent price. I highly recommend her! Doyne Farmer
