Simply the Best

I cannot say enough good things about Korinna’s assistance with recent purchase. It was long distance which added to the complexity yet Korinna was able to secure the contract, get some electrical repair work done by seller, & provide timely & easily understood instructions for escrow & final closing. She even went above & beyond in customer service by obtaining & running a copy of property HOA docs which was not even her responsibility, should have been done by seller. We were extremely pleased by Korinna’s friendly demeanor, attention to detail, patience & professionalism.
