My parents are in their 80s and had reached a...

My parents are in their 80s and had reached a point that maintaining a house on their own was just too difficult. We decided that it would be in their best interest for them to sale their house and move in with me (their daughter). Their house was in good condition, but dated, and they needed to sell it quickly while it was a seller's market. My parents' attorney recommended Franklin Robbins to us. Franklin was wonderful. He was very reassuring to my parents, answering all of their questions and concerns. He put the house on the market, and after 8 days, it was under contract!
