•We were so blessed to have Ruta as our realtor, we met her at one of her open houses in Palatine and she was so kind and friendly. At that time my husband and I were just starting to look for our first home and were not working with anyone and didn't know where and how to start this process. Ruta gave us her card and one thing she said to us was that she loved working with first time homebuyers. Gerardo and I went home, talked about it and we just really had a good feeling. We decided to work with Ruta and it was the best decision we ever made. She made us feel comfortable, she was on top of everything, and just made this process easy for us. She was always there when we needed her advise or didn't understand something. At closing she really didn't have to be there but she was and it made me feel very at ease having her there since I was so nervous. Ruta is part of our family now, and we will forever be thankful that she came into our lives at the right time so we can be the happy homeowners we are now
Joanna is outstanding! She is genuine, professional, and highly efficient. She walked my 82 year old mother through each step of the sales process and was as supportive as a best friend. Throughout the entire process, Joanna was understanding and patient. She negotiated a fair deal and did it within just 10 days of my mom's listing with her. She is the Best!
