Maria Tyrjan remained focused on the task at hand in a business-like manner. She remained calm and reassuring when unexpected (to me) problems arose. Other related professionals, e.g., home inspector, real estate attorney, etc. recommended to assist in the process, proved to be very reliable and competent.
