•Nick was recommended to me when I was doing my best to traverse the home buying experience as a first time buyer. I'm really happy I decided to listen to that recommendation! I had a lot of basic questions throughout the entire process and Nick was patient with his explanations and always quick to respond (even when on vacation). He was also happy to show me all the homes I wanted to see, even when I admitted some of my picks were questionable at best. He walked me through the whole process and gave great recommendations for lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, and other things I needed. My home buying process went extremely smoothly and I'm very glad I worked with Nick. I'd definitely work with him again if I had to start the process all over again.
