Miriam and Kenny Schneider provided over the top service starting with professional advice on the timing of the sale and the most cost effective upgrades and repairs that we should consider prior to sale. They advised on the current trends for paint colors, fixtures and hardware and also made recommendations for minimal but effective staging. They performed a detailed analysis of recent sales and estimated what sale price we might expect for our house with and without improvements. We pretty much went with all their recommendations. Miriam and Kenny provided great service managing and advising on the multiple offers that we received and the house was under contract at $10,000 above the asking price within 36 hours from the time it was listed. After the house was under contract, they continued to provide stellar service including recommending a great attorney, seeing that the appraiser had the latest sales data for the appraisal, and tracking the schedule and documents up to the time of the closing. We were more than satisfied with their service and do not hesitate to recommend them.
