•Jan was amazing in selling our old house 14 years ago, so we went back to her when we were purchasing in the NW suburbs. She was attentive to what we were trying to find, and went out of her way to contact the realtor for a house that had been on the market but was pulled off before we had the chance to see it. Thanks to her we were able to purchase our desired house, all because she knew what we were interested in and acted immediately to help us. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about the NW suburbs of Chicago (and likely far more of the area, but we were only looking in the NW 'burbs), and was able to give us sound advice on the individual homes we were checking out. She was incredibly helpful to us selling many years ago, as we were able to sell quickly and at a good price, and was similarly great on the buy side, as we got a house we were very interested in and were able to negotiate well for it. VERY strongly recommend her.
