Katy is the best realtor we could have ever hoped for. Not only did she help us buy our new home, she sold our townhouse too! The listing and the house flyer she created was incredible. No wonder we got an offer in 2 days and closed shortly after! While we were working with her she was responding almost immediately, no matter what time we texted/called her and was always updating us about even the slightest progress before we even asked! She is knowledgeable and has many years of experience. She is also very personable, we really felt she was looking out for our best interest because she cares, not just because it's her job.
