Pat was recommended to us by a friend and we are so lucky she was! I was in the situation of needing to sell my Gram's home of 51 years and had no clue what I was doing as I move often for work/travel and have only rented. Pat met with us and walked us through the process, explained how she felt we could best market the house and what to do before our first showing.
