Katie was able to find the home for my wife and I and we could not be happier. She helped us throughout the entire process, from finding our likes/dislikes, to what we were looking for, very familiar with the market, market trends in what was available, where the market had a lot of opportunities, what to expect with pricing throughout the process. The questions she would ask and her experience helped us narrow down the perfect place for us. This is something we just could not quantify as we know this process can be really complex, confusing and overbearing. But she kept it all in line for us. She was flexible with her schedule where we had viewings during both weekends and weekdays. She was extremely responsive and always made sure everything was lined up for us for our appointments. Her experience and expertise during the negotiations were also priceless as we were all able to get through the process very easily. I need to mention that she has a great team with her and had a solution for all parts of the process. She lined us up with people that were just as fantastic as she was that again, made the process a great experience for us. Katie brought in a professional stager that really gave amazing advice on how to open up our rooms and maximize our space. Her photographer took outstanding pictures that maximized the positives of our home. Katie was very professional and quick to respond to any questions, and open to help in any way we needed. Our home sold in 3 days at asking price! I would highly recommend her if you are looking to sell your home quick and get the maximum price for it!
